GreenHunter Energy, Inc.'s mission is to develop, acquire and manage profitable renewable power and fuels assets.

GreenHunter was formed to be the first publicly traded renewable energy company based in the U.S. that provides to investors a portfolio of diversified assets in the alternative energy sector.  Our corporate headquarters are
located at 1048 Texan Trail, Grapevine, Texas 76051, and our phone number is (972) 410-1044.

We currently own and operate the nation's largest Biodeisel plant, located in Houston, TX, a Biomass facility in California and Wind projects located in California, Montana and New Mexico. Our primary focus is on the acquisition of operating assets, however, on a selective basis, we will invest in the development of projects or expansion opportunities at existing renewable energy facilities.
