GREENHUNTER ENERGY TO PRESENT AT
THE  WALL STREET ANALYST FORUM

GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, March 26, 2008 – Gary C. Evans, founder and CEO of GreenHunter
Energy, Inc. (AMEX: GRH), will present today at 1:20 PM Eastern Daylight Time to the Wall Street Analyst Forum in New York, New York.

Evans was founder and CEO of Magnum Hunter Resources, a highly successful NYSE listed oil and gas exploration and production company that Evans started with $1,000 in 1985 and sold for $2.2 billion in June 2005 to Cimarex Energy (“XEC”).
