GREENHUNTER ENERGY COMPLETES SEC REVIEW PROCESS

GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, November 6, 2007 - GreenHunter Energy, Inc. announced today that the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) has completed its review process of the Company’s Form 10 originally filed with the SEC on August 21, 2007.  GreenHunter is now a full reporting company and must file all reports as required by the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
